The interesting part is the orange circle - where it seems that Bendigo-bound V/Line trains will get a flyover over the Metro tracks - (Melton and Airport) - to get onto the Sunbury line to get through to Bendigo and beyond.

The existing V/Line tracks to Bendigo - the little short spur the currently joins the Sunbury line just before Anderson Road, and the existing V/Line platforms - apparently become the Melton and Airport platforms.
From there, Airport trains would elevate onto a "skyrail" over Anderson Road, Albion station, Ballarat Road, St Albans Road, landing in the Albion rail corridor, and run alongside Gilmour Road.
The other little flyover near the bottom kind of suggests Tottenham station will lose access to Sunbury trains, and will be serviced by Melton and Airport trains. That'll trip some people up. Melton trains and V/Line trains share tracks between Caroline Springs and Melton.
And will perhaps the Melton trains use the old Sunbury alignment between South Kensington and North Melbourne, and not go through the Metro Tunnel, using the City Loop instead?
And say goodbye to this carpark at Sunshine station. Will be interesting to see how they get the new V/Line tracks under the overpass - not enough height there now.
