Let’s be clear. Dodik is not Karadzic. He does not have a fraction of the force available - even w/ Serbia’s support - that Belgrade deployed vs BiH btw 1992-95. While those institutions & groups who would defend BiH have far greater resources available than the ARBiH had even at its peak in 1995.
