also yeah motivation is so annoying lmao. i just take the small victories when i can. hard not to fall back into my old self-hating habits. depression used to be my comfort place, so constantly going against that is tough, but rewarding.

I have a bad habit of not being able to set follow up goals. Like with running I wanted to get my 5k under 30min. Did that that just cannot bring myself to run anymore.
