I hit it so hard last night. Did a mix of mozz, pecorino Romano, and parm. Biggest success so far, will give a fontina a try at some point though!

Looks great! Fontina can be real good on a white pie too bc it can get a little creamy, so if that’s something you’re down for, fontina/mozz/parm, garlic, some herbs, olive oil drizzle, salt? 🤌🏼🤌🏼
