Medical progress after my PET scan 25/9
Note: These referrals are all marked 'urgent'
-Referred for lymph node core biopsy
-Radiologist says no: Fine needle biopsy FNB
-FNB inconclusive
-Referred to local hospital for excisional biopsy
-*a month of crickets*
-Finally, they say no

When I was asymptomatic, it was no big deal
But now. I would like to not feel shit all the time asap tyvm
My very minimal experience so far:
-They are excellent for emergencies
-They are crap for diagnostics
-I ASSUME (ha!) that once you are under care, they would be great
That could just be wishful thinking :)
Sounds like they should teach preventative maintenance in them medical escuelas.
-Surgeon says no
-He referred me to local hospital for bone marrow biopsy
-I rang them 5d later: 'If you haven't heard from us by next Wed, give us another call'
That's today
I am very tired (literally & metaphorically)

Essentially boiled down to 'that last bloke didn't know shit lol'

I pointed out it was marked urgent & asked if I need to ring every day
She had the grace to stop mid-sentence when she checked how long they'd had it
'Ring back on Friday'🙄

Exhausting, when I'm already exhausted :/
