Fun fact about me! I have been on a weight loss journey and I went jean shopping yesterday for the first time and went from a size 18 to a size 14 🥹. 30 pounds down, 30 to go!

Well done. Imagine 30 pounds as milk bottles or flour packages, and always carrying that around. Never to put it down when you get tired. Then you begin to understand how big it is for your body. Congratulations 👏
