Morrison: "GOP legislators in my state of MN sent a letter to Mike Johnson saying, 'please don't cut Medicaid. This will hurt our constituents.' So there are Rs willing to stand up. We need to make sure Rs in Congress know this is not what their constituents want. We need to put pressure on them."
