It is so obvious that destabilizing our economy is the goal. When you have lost your retirement fund, your healthcare, and your financial security, while the cost of living is soaring and jobs are scarce, you will be struggling to feed your family. The Great Depression will look like a cake walk.

As a Fed Employee, this is absolutely true. The response from most in my dept is "Keep your head down and let the court systems work it out." Most want/need to hold onto their jobs for deep economic reasons. A few of us are getting obstinate and have the attitude of "Fire me, i wanna see this."

The VA is finally starting to get their act together. The new direction doesn’t inspire confidence. It inspires outright anxiety and panic. I am fortunate to have a job and decent healthcare, but there are plenty of other veterans that don’t. The VA is a literal lifeline. These cuts will cost lives.
