A lovely story. The absence of beavers from watersheds has impoverished vast areas across the northern hemisphere. But once restored, beavers bring such diverse wealth to the land and rivers. In a climate changed world, they will be a vital tool for resilience and our survival.
We've got a sett in/around Forfar Loch. I'm not sure exactly when they moved in, but we've seen glimpses of them for a few years now.
I had a laugh when they announced the release of those beavers down south, as if they were the 1st in the whole of the UK and never seen before!🦫😁
