They are willing to throw all those people under the bus to make sure they can discriminate against LGBT, people of color, and non-christians. Every war has collateral damage and this is acceptable to them.
But so many companies handed it off to one of their minority admins, no wonder it got a bad rap.
(I highly value both minorities and admins, but corporations don’t, and the huddled masses can tell when an initiative is not being driven by the guys in charge.)
#DEI also includes (ideally) older workers — who have a harder time getting hired, especially women. Maybe if DEI had worked (and would work) harder to fight #AGEISM, more voters would’ve rejected Trump. 🤔🤷♀️
The A in DEIA is for accessibility. It makes sure everyone has equal access to information and services. It helps a lot of people who never even realize it.
Ya wouldn't think you'd have to be teaching what people were* struggling to maintain but here we are.
Honestly, Americans, including myself are about the dumbest fucking people on the planet and it shows
I don’t think the people who are against DEI give two shits about disabled people, veterans, or pregnant people. At least, they’ve never shown any care for us in recent years.

It's shocking how many people they're willing to thrown in as collateral damage just so they can get to hurt people whose skin is a bit darker.
They don't CARE.
They INTEND that we be TARGETED and brought to HARM.
It's what they WANT, and they're GLAD about it.
We. Must. Accept. That. Truth.
