As NATO prepares to enhance it's security, this move by Germany is historical, keep in mind four US Soldiers were accidently killed in a training mishap in Lithuania. Germany's armed forces, announced on Tuesday that it had created a new brigade, the 45th Armored Brigade, to be stationed Lithuania.
