I can’t express the pain & memory & helplessness watching Buddy suffer and taking his last breath in my hands all because my roommate & legal owner of Buddy wouldn’t step up to do the right thing because that would’ve meant it would cost money he didn’t want to spend on Buddy. He had the money.
