Two capitalistic incentives for DEI:
• Loss Prevention—you’d hate to have a good employee run out because you didn’t do your part to protect them.
• Efficiency—anxiety and stress are preventable and wasted energy. If your people feel safe at work, that’s more energy going into productivity.
