It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I decided a couple months ago to learn to do it, and picked Parashat Yitro as my debut in honor of my birthday (Tu BiShvat, I’m a tree!) and also because it’s Yitro, which feels like a meaningful moment for stepping up.
