Shadow Fleet Tracker is now LIVE and tracking 175 vessels out of 300+ vessels from a list based on a report from KSE Institute - the analytical center at the Kyiv School of Economics. TODO: Parse more vessel data(direction etc)to report and popup in map, add rest of vessels and add/fine tune cables.
