We need to stop abbreviating Diversity Equity and Inclusion. DEI is an all too easy way to disassociate from what it actually means. Protecting minorities from workplace prejudice. Disabled people. People of color. Women FFS! 🤦🏼♂️

It’s about leveling justice for all of us and understanding cultural differences and the micro inequities that are at the root cause of marginalizing communities from positions of power. Trump and his bad cabinet nominees are the stellar example of why DEIA is integral.
They have to keep its simple for their followers. Three word bumper stickers DEI, CRT, Hate and fear is what they live by ... I don't understand how democrats can't seem to figure this out
I started saying the words not the abbreviation. MAGA really don't care. They're racist AF and believe that's all DEI being attacked supports their racist beliefs.
Absolutely agree!!! We are inundated with acronyms, “educated” with them and memes! At least with a meme there is a visual from which you can derive some insight or context. An acronym provides nothing. It works toward the dumbing down of our society, ultimately MAGA’s plan.
Next up, racial segregation. You don't need to be smart to see where this is heading. 1st there was the Ku Klux Plan, then the NAZIs, then the militias, then Trump and MAGA. All of that filth has been allowed to fester and then flourish in the so called land of the free!
E pluribus unum- out of one, many. Liberty and justice for ALL. UNITED states..ALL men are created equal. Every historical+ founding text= DEI. And in the areas that failed, women + "minority" groups, for the same rights as white men. We are the most diverse country in the entire world.
I agree. But please. There are Black people, white people, and people of color. I know you don’t mean to but lumping us into a color pot deminishes our identity and struggles as Americans who are Black. Thank you so much. ✊🏽✌🏽

I believe they are like secret handshakes. You have to be "in the know."
