I happen to be in a major crash today, so hopefully this all makes sense. We’ve been putting off medical things that would help my case because of the cost, and that’s kind of a vicious cycle. It’s just very obvious we can’t keep it up the way we have been.

Jason will be taking on some emergency commissions- I’ll post when he’s ready- but frankly, I’m worried about that. He commutes to his full time job in Seattle and then has to come home and do caretaking stuff (I can’t shower alone or cook, for example), and he’s running on empty.

We’re also going to be exploring new marketing avenues for our books in hopes we reach a few more readers, but that’s very much an “if it works” sort of thing- and requires yet more of Jason’s time and energy. My attorney has approved me selling my books, but that is literally all I have.
