YES. In addition, negative feedback almost always sticks in admin’s minds, so overwhelm them with positive feedback. The more people praising inclusive behavior and programs, the better.

When you see these displays in your public library, write a note to the branch manager and director thanking them for supporting queer rights. Speak up at board meetings. I guarantee that library is already getting complaints. Admin/the board will cave to whoever is loudest, even bigots.
