How about Doug Jones in a muscle suit with a partial skull mask. The eyes CG'd out in post? Voice actor to be cast at a later date.

There are more affordable and less eccentric actors that can do a better job. Spend those Leto dollars on more practical fx.

I’ve lost all interest in this movie now. I do not know why he keeps getting cast in franchises I like.
