I was expecting them to force banks to purchase the bonds pretty soon. In fact, I am expecting them to assign various amounts of bonds to banks depending on their size and they can't refuse. Once they have drained the bank reserves along with the NWF, there is nowhere else to turn ... except ...

So if I've understood the numbers correctly, the effective coupon rate of PD-26233 is 12.18%, and of PD-26248 it's 15.57%? The latter seems good, but only if you don't look further than about half a year back? And the former is surprisingly low! I'm curious if that's the state forcing the banks...?
