In the '...' menu (next to the comment, 🔁, and ♥ buttons) there's "Show more like this" and "Show less like this".
I don't know how effective that is though.
Liking posts might have an effect too, but I don't know for sure.

All I know is that people have been saying there isn't an algo so don't engage with haters, but they could be wrong.

I do know you can add feeds onto your feeds, like I'm in one called "writing prompts", and that might help you get some variety.

Nah it says in the app to like posts and it will adjust the algo to yours interests
