Definitely big coat hat and gloves weather to walk around but every bar has heated little areas so you can comfortably sit outside. Great place, enjoy!
You’ll probably need to book but it’s fabulous. A Polish work colleague recommended it and it didn’t disappoint. The place itself was so impressive and it was reasonably priced too
