Reality is that the agenda he's currently prosecuting will have his approval rating ~40% after his first 100 days. If the economy falters, as it very well may if he pursues his stated policies re tariffs, inflation will return and it will go lower than that. Add the historical midterm bias. Reality.

I live in Texas and there is no way Cornyn loses. We ran our best candidates against Cruz, whom even Repubs hate, in 2018 and 2024 and still lost. So you’re saying ME, NC and two seats in Alaska plus Ossoff who’s running 6% points down right now comes back to win. Not impossible but not realistic

I understand all you said, clearly, and there is obvious merit in all of it. Again, this all hinges on how poorly Trump performs. These are unprecedented times. If they play out as catastrophically as I suspect, there will be a backlash (in his words) the likes of which we've never seen before.

My vote was counted. Very easy to check in most Blue states, especially mine, and I did. They'll try cheating, as always, by intimidation/suppression. There are quadruple redundancies that prevent actual vote-count cheating in practically every state. Don't buy into the fear THEY want you to feel💙

Undoubtedly, chilling is the perfect word to describe these times we're in. The agenda they're prosecuting is designed by them to make us feel that way. It's gonna be rough, but I have faith in the American people to ultimately reject them.
