The main leeway I kind of gave for it taking longer than it feels it should (esp. if Renée) was if we were getting our house BTS in order given key departures & w/ Jonas's comments in mind, so everything was aligned going fwd

Taking this long to appoint the obvious is a bit embarrassing. Small part of me hopes they aren't giving her the job because otherwise wtf are they doing?
