Having looked this up again with better direction, I remember seeing the videos. It horrified me. I’m glad to see some action is being taken by the courts. I hope to see fewer of these incidents or (barring that) more legal accountability. It can never remove her experience, however. Not deserved!
Not always as reliable as locals who can help me find info links. I live in GA, born in OR, mostly raised in IL. Things are different in each locale. My apologies for requesting help in understanding. Again.
I belive this happened back in February. The woman asked a question at a town hall that some republican didn't like and like 5 or 6 extremely tough guys force ball dragged her out. No doubt in my mind that they roughed her up for speaking.
Except it won't happen. With the city liable in these cases, the same thing will happen over and over. Appeal after appeal to hold up having to pay anything, while her ability to fight them is drained the moment one of the judges rules against them paying her costs, even if she's awarded the money.

Idaho is such a beautiful state but so full of racist misogynists running rampant. They need to be held accountable.
I'm very surprised the Sheriff wasn't charged though.
I hope she sued them in civil court as well.
That was unreal. MF’s.
Hope she uses the crap out of them and every other cocksucker responsible
Should have been sues the crap out of them...dam spell check😁😁
