One of the funniest but also most alarming things about all this is how lazy it is.

Federal employee with a data role told me that a document was removed from employee access because it had the word "inclusion" in it.

As in, "inclusion of data in our estimates."

The lunacy of this is that tech bros should be able to build a language model that can sift "woke" language using NLP, LDA or something. A few lines in Python plus a lot of data. But they are using keywords which is basically incompetent.
