Trump administration instructed them to do this, & I believe they are 'blowing the whistle' because they do not WANT to comply & to trigger a law suit. This pause violates a Supreme Court ruling issued by, surprisingly, Neil Gorsuch(!) saying anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination IS sex discrimination.
