I've managed to sculpt Pete Postlethwaite's head but I want to progress on to robot heads and stuff. I really like being able to load the 3d models into procreate for painting using proper brushes
I've been experimenting with hard surface. It doesn't have the level of precision for more higher detail stuff but as a concepting tool, it is pretty decent. Just... Don't look at the wireframe and you're fine...;p
That looks pretty much what I want to achieve. But quick question. Are the ridges on the back of the neck individually sculpted and then copy pasted or are they one piece? I am trying to wrap my head around the basics before I make big mistakes
I sculpted the main piece and used the "tube" tool to essentially create an array of them curved to a specific path. ProcreateFX on YouTube has several excellent tutorials on the toolsets and new updates that add new features. Been using Nomad Sculpt since 1.8 and a LOT of new stuff has been added.

Has built in tutorials and measurements so if you decide to 3D print your stuff you'll know how big it is.
