I mean, this is basically his playbook.
1. Trump make threats and crude demands.
2. Other party rejects demands as unreasonable, but finally offers something symbolic / already agreed upon.
3. Trump sells it as a great win because he's such s tough guy.

The thing is: while pragmatic leaders like Sheinbaum, Trudeau or Zelenskyy might offer Trump something inconsequential, so he can stroke his ego and boast in front of his mindless followers, the damage is done: the bad taste of the threats and blackmailing will stay.
