Best thing for my wrist eczema was always anything unscented, doesn't matter what brand, and same with your body wash, soap, anything that'll come into contact with it! A dermatologist told me if your skin barrier is damaged, anything (even things you haven't reacted to before) can be an irritant!
I really like all of the products I've tried from Eczema Honey! I use their stick every night for my hands and feet, and their body oil after the shower!
I don't get it often and when I do, it's usually on my hands and I put unscented cream, and just trying to keep the area moist.
But if you hop onto TikTok, you will find great recommendations there, according to which part of your body is most sensitive to it. There are small creators, not paid
Yesss that’s exactly where I’ve got it! My wrist and the back of my hand. I’ll have a look on there thank you (good shout on the moist too I’ll try hand cream)
Super important that it will be unscented, no type of perfume whatsoever, and as little chemicals and ingredients as possible.
They might feel good at the beginning, but they're actually causing more dryness to the skin! Hope it helps to relieve it a little bit 🫶
