❤️ I hear you man! So for me, it started with a caloric deficit to kick my metabolism back into gear, and then a combo of extra protein, one weekly intensive body/muscle workout (climbing), and 2-3 miles walked daily at an aggressive pace (how else will I get the dogs to behave? lol)
Oh man I’d love to start climbing… thank you for sharing your secret! I need to get back into gear with the deficit. And, like you, I’m trying to get my dogs into gear haha. Sounds like I need longer walks. Dang, I’m so proud of you! You’re working hard and it’s paying off!
