Why is there no enforcement? Even if the not-so-Supreme Court ruled presidents are immune from prosecution, illegal actions should still be blocked. They're illegal, right out in the open for all to see. There's no quibbling here. Halt the illegal actions. Just fucking do it! Stop making excuses.

I think Bloomberg (and most people) rely on the courts as a bellwether here, and they perceive (correctly) that the judges so far don’t seem terribly bothered by this in the way one might be if it were a big crisis, and so they move on.

It seems that part of the problem legally is that violating the constitution and doing things illegaly is not itself a felony violation. So you need people with standing to sue in civil court for some specific harm.
