For fun, the type used is:
GRIZ: 36pt Spartan Medium from an old print shop in WA
ENT: 36pt Spartan Black Condensed rescued from an old printer's garage in Fort Wayne
MED: 10 pica Slab Serif Condensed wood type from a lifelong printer in Canada
LAB: 24pt Venus Bold Extended from god knows where

And the note on the back cover is set in 12 pt Twentieth Century Medium that's been sitting in a case for who knows how long and was originally used to teach printing at a Dayton high school.
