I think I made up a soup. πCreamy vegetable. Saute (2T butter/2T olive oil): 1/2 onion, 1 rib celery, 1/2 c carrots, and 2c chopped cabbage til tender. Add 2 c cooked chopped potatoes, 1/4 c flour, 1 tsp salt, dash pepper, 2c milk, and 2c veggie broth. Heat and stir til bubbly and thick. Yum!
