My 3rd pair of Shokz headphones apparently died overnight. Shokz's return policy has been immaculate, but 3 pairs in 3 years has me questioning my sanity. Is this a build quality issue? Or am I the problem somehow? I baby them, but do wear them at work and in the elements for hours a day.
