Collective liberation and Land Back are the best ways to go about things, no one is free until all of us are free. We need to still pay attention to the rest of the world, especially the Global South. I know there's a lot happening now in the so-called United States, but there is a whole planet.
Besides, paying attention to the world, and our relatives throughout it can teach us to be better at revolution. I have learned much more than I ever would in college about the rest of the world, especially what is currently happening in it.
Brazil has the threat of Marco Temporal and the West has absolutely no idea the damage this thesis would be. Our relatives in Brazil are regularly standing up in protection of the land, rivers, and in turn the people, animals and plants.
I love all of these responses! ✊🏽 yes to being in-person and building strong communities, to having clarity, to recognizing our interconnectedness & acting from that place. Know as you step out of your comfort zones, you are in good company. Also, l think a mass strike would be powerful.
Loving our neighbor (everyone is the neighbor), even those who are different, even those of whom we disapprove. This is across the board and no one is immune. It's a radical change in how we usually relate with each other
revolutionaries recognize oppression not always of themselves but of any of their fellow man. revolutionaries must seek clarity of their position, determination in their goals, and the courage to act. the foundation of revolution must always be justice or revolution becomes merely insurrection.
We will need to change as people. This is no longer peacetime, "end of history" America. We need to rise to the challenges of our times and stop waiting for someone to come save us. We need to become people of action who will stand for democracy. Apathy is no longer an option.
Revolution requires us to sit with our own prejudices, face our own flaws, and accept that other people are also flawed. It DEMANDS ACTION.
We can't sit here and just talk anymore. We must DO. We do whatever we can't NOT do!
Since we have to depose a monster and all his collaborators,
I think it’s time we rewrite our Constitution, keeping what we like, loosing what we don’t, and adding what we need. If it’s a Revolution, give us something more to fight for. We can’t go back to status quo.
It requires courage in the face of possible harm, uniting with others who want to restore American freedoms to people and justice, and the ability to visualize life after the tyrant is gone! 🪧🪧🪧🇺🇲
To commit to understanding the journey won't be easy there is risk and there is much more sacrifice than holding up a sign with your friends walking down the street on a sunny day!

Without it I would not be getting out of bed to face this ugly mess.
Acceptance of consequences.
The knowledge that, no matter what happens to us as individuals, progress ALWAYS wins, in the long run.
