Lots of talk about preferencing. Follow the simple rule: number every box and make sure you put all the racists last (there are a lot of them so it could take a while, but democracy takes effort).

Iβm really at the point where I feel itβs more important to put the duopoly last. Mind you I say that with the opportunity to vote for truly progressive candidates with a chance of taking the seat.
who are running merely to bolster the party's senate vote and pick up the cash you get for first preference vote for their party's coffers being ALP Greens and trumpets. as i've just come up with to those parties take the piss i'll give voting for you a miss...
OK help me which is the least worse i've the choice of the nats one nation, Libertarian, citizens & family first who actually live in the electorate OR those who don't live in the electorate (which covers roughly 1/3 of Victoria's land mass BTW) 1/2
I'm voting below the line for the Senate. I only have 6 votes above the line and I would pick 3 Independent, Green and Labor. I don't want to waste my last 3 votes on the rest of them.
Would you put a racist candidate with zero chance of winning above a candidate likely to win but who denies the Gaza genocide, imprisons asylum seekers and funds the introduction of nuclear submarines? Interested in views to this moral dilemma.
I tried that with the ballot information for the election.
Problem: lack of viable choices, esp. for the Senate. Six above the line? You have to be joking!
If you dont number them ALL then the quota goes down once your vote exhausts right? Is it better to number them all but put them last to make it harder for them to get across the line?
