I can't for the life of me figure out whether or not this is an official Pokemon because, to my knowledge, this one looks too cool to be official! Holy smokes, the little sketch beneath the lineart is giving me so much nostalgia. This has always been one of the hallmarks of your art to me <3
The fact that you even recognized it was supposed to be a Pokemon is impressive to me! I don't understand how to draw in this style at all but it was a fun experiment haha. Thank you!
