My personal choice would be the blue whiskers. I think of them as hair so in my brain it makes sense to have the whiskers match the eyebrows.

It’s tough because they both look great! At least in first one you have purple on the parts that fasten and blue on the brows and whiskers, giving it lovely consistency.

I was thinking of which would highlight my eyes more but the cohesion also makes sense and now I'm more undecided but maybe leaning towards the first one.
