No country should become overly dependant on another for any service, raw material or product if at all avoidable. Especially if the supplying country has an economy significantly bigger than yours. That 2.5% must be spent away from the US.
Meanwhile the public should be reminded their unelected head of Britain's armed forces didn't pay a penny in #InheritanceTax from the #BillionsOfPounds his late mother gave him.

It now seems a rather paltry increase in light of what's happened with Tramp's betrayal of US allies, his threats of annexation & alignment of interests with Russia. Yes, money is hard to find but it's doable when the nation is threatened by an ill-intentioned aggressor. What of 'magic money trees'?
