Finally an opportunity to get an opportunity to read hack/Link's story! (ironically by now I know enough Japanese I'd probably understand it anyways lol)
They did fixed it, well the old teams had no interested to complete it and even fixed it, except Kazetrigger (.hack//translate owner) with some help, managed to find source code that allows for fixing odd crashes and completely translate the game.
Tho, if your having issues with crashes again, he can fix it for you, but unfortunately he's now having family issues right now, so he went for hiatus.
I aware of that, the latest patch might fixed that, but as I said before if having trouble with another email crash, you can let him know, but it's not possible for now.
