So does ending capitalism, which we should be focused on much more than shaming people into not buying meat. You're never going to get enough people to stop buying meat to change industrial agriculture. It's just not going to happen. It's purely idealistic.

We should do both, and going vegan is way easier. You can save lives, actual lives, today, by stopping eating meat. Those lives are on YOUR hands, by your choice.

It's not like capitalism. Where's no way for you to stop engaging with it, or where we need to change the whole system first.
