most communists aren't even willing to read those; I know where you are coming from, but I genuinely have had much more success convincing people to read stuff like Against Empire and Killing Hope than any real communist literature. Liberals reflexively reject people them.
It's our responsibility to meet them where they're at and challenge them. But even Soviet citizens knew that they weren't really communists until they actually studied Marx and Lenin. They didn't call themselves communists until they did.
Y'know, like I'm trying to do with you right now? If you can just refine your thinking a bit, you'll see that our time is better spent getting people to understand the entire series of dialectical movements from wage labor to imprison and the climate crisis in ways that make sense to them.
