PayPal doesn't include those fees on the tax form they send out either, as far as I can tell. So you gotta make sure to get that full summary because nothing can be easy

if you're an artist taking comms online, PLEASE be exporting your paypal/vgen/stripe summary at the end of the year and claiming those fees as a deductible. i have somethin like $900usd of fees to report every year
