BREAKING: Beloved Ottawa Senators mascot 'Spartacat' has been seen descending from the top of the recently damaged parking garage in downtown Ottawa. Sources say he is searching for the Ottawa Senators Street Team promo truck, which he had parked there overnight. More to come.
