The Deal:
1) Trump build permit for hotel in Moscow.
2) Trump build permit for resort on Black Sea.
3) Trump leaves NATO. Stops support for Ukraine.

It likely started with Jefferson in his 1st inaugural address. Even Lincoln, T. Roosevelt, and Eisenhower employed the claim. To our detriment, it's a familiar - and politically effective - populist trope. But agree, Reagan did it too.

Yet there is a vacuum in Democratic leadership. Hakeem Jeffries (the only moderately charismatic Dem leader) seems to want to pick-and-choose his battles yet remains silent on this issue. The slow-walking dems (SMDH).
