Most of the way through a long day of cooking. What I’m thankful for today:
- large bowls
- sheet pans
- running water
- well stocked grocers
- thermometers
One more dish to go then I’m done. Not everything came out exactly as planned. So hopefully thankful for forgiving guests tomorrow. 😉
