If you have a deadline of two months, please try to honor that. Casting before the deadline you set isn't fair to talent who haven't been able to get to it yet. Especially on and around a holiday. You also might find yourself enjoying a different audition as time goes on.

I definitely agree! I just really didn't expect anywhere near the amount of auditions I ended up getting since this is my first time ever doing anything like this and I assumed it would just fall to the wayside and auditions would be slow moving. I'm doing this solo so I had to shorten the due date+
