[CW: su*c*de] I just found out a dear friend of mine who I’ve known for 15+ years just killed herself. A #Care4Complex patient who didn’t get the right care, and was left in severe pain and sickness, in a state that didn’t have MAID. She was one of the best people I know. 💔
