Please do try with all your might to get a GYN appt very soon. If nothing else, maybe your GP or even Urgent Care doc can order an ultrasound for you. This was like something I endured. Let’s just say that I was lucky to get the ultrasound.

I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Begged. Pleaded. For YEARS. Nobody will help me here. My referrals get rejected. I’m gaslit. The only possible option would be to go down to Seattle again, but I am so sick I don’t know if I can handle another trip.

No hope in hell of seeing Gyne or GI in Vancouver. I’m trying to get into a Gyne in Bellingham and a better GI in Seattle. But this pain and the weird pressure and nausea that come with it are destroying my will to keep enduring this.

I used to have ovarian cysts burst a few times a year...which doesn't seem as bad as what you're going through? But what worked for me was a big-as-is-safe dose of naproxen (look that up, I'm not a doc!) and doing a pose; on my elbows and knees, hips high in the air. This... 1/

took the pressure off all the organs in the pelvis and give more room in there for all that inflammation. I have endometriosis, so the first few min. of this pose was aaaaagh! but it did help a lot eventually. Everyone's body is really different, so file this under FWIW and YMMV - but worth a try?

I'm sorry you're in so much pain, I know the stab-in-the-organs-with-hot-poker misery, and having it last so long AND double up like this must be AWFUL.
For sure getting your body to relax helps - if heat doesn't make it worse, maybe an lots of epsom salts bath?

(oof, just describing this I'm remembering being brought to by knees barely able to move groaning so loudly for hours :( One time one caught me while walking home and I had to stagger along leaning on my big-kid's shoulder as we went. thank god it waited till i got home to really sledge hammer me)
